Not long back, somebody Googled me and reported to me all sorts of instances of my name on the Net. This led me to do the same, looking to see whether my portfolio, so to speak, was available online.

The answer is yes. All sorts of articles written by my own fair hand exist all over the web. One of my favourites was a piece I wrote for AV Magazine.

avinteractivegreenav2It examines the green credentials of the audio-visual industry in terms of practice and product. Much of it discusses computers, but there is more to it than that, given its remit to cover AV rather than straight workstations.

I learned a lot, particularly about plastics and toxic materials like beryllium and mercury.

I shall leave you to read the article here.
